LDR Construction is a Salford based company with a wide range of expertise from general building maintenance to damp proofing, wet and dry roof to cellar conversion and much more.

We have 18 years experience working in the restoration and maintenance industry working with local housing associations and international retailers as well as individual home and shop owners. 

Recent jobs range from total basement conversions, loft developments and total kitchen refits. 
Have completed large basement conversions in Bolton which included underpinning and also major ground floor structural alterations, all works signed off by building control. 

Most recently completed side exstenstion with internal structural works to create large open plan dinning kitchen area. 

We pride ourselves in our ability to provide a full design to completion service or work together with you if you already have plans drawn up.
